Field Technician – Flowback
📍 Location: Midland, TX
💵 Pay: $22–$26/hr (DOE)

About the Job
You’ll be working on active well sites, monitoring flowback operations, checking pressures, and keeping the fluids moving safely. It’s hands-on, dirty, and full-time — perfect for anyone who doesn’t mind long hours and wants to break into the oilfield.
If you can handle heat, dust, and 12-hour shifts, you’ll do just fine.
What You’ll Be Doing

Set up and tear down flowback equipment on location

Monitor tanks, manifolds, and separators

Record pressures and volumes (we’ll show you how)

Communicate with company reps and truck drivers

Keep the location safe, clean, and compliant

Jump in wherever you’re needed — we’re all hands out here
What You’ll Need

Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

Ability to pass a drug screen (we mean it)

No experience needed — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Must be comfortable working outside in all conditions

Mechanical or oilfield background is a plus
Schedule

12-hour shifts (day or night)

14 days on / 7 off rotation
-
Overtime after 40 hrs
